Has my order shipped?
Yes. Every order has shipped and been delivered. Your tracking number was emailed to you when the label was made. Can't find it? Check your spam folder, or email us and we'll resend it.
Tracking says "delivered" but I can't find my package.
Nine times out of ten it's close by. Check around your door, your mailbox, with neighbors and anyone else at home. Carriers sometimes mark a package delivered a day before it actually arrives, so give it 24 hours. Still nothing after that? Email us with your order number and we'll make it right.
One of my items was out of stock. What happens now?
We've emailed everyone affected directly. You can swap it for another figure or keychain from the same series at the same price, or take a refund on just that item. Either way, the rest of your order shipped as normal, we never hold a whole order over one piece.
I got the wrong item, or something's missing.
That's on us and we'll make it right. Email ceo@starkagune.com with your order number and what's off, and we'll ship the correct piece or refund it, no need to send anything back.
Can I still place an order?
